Spent the weekend casting. 200 poured and 85 cleaned up. Fun with hot metal. I actually got the mold pouring quite reliably which surprised me with the lettering and voided areas, but clean-up is a bit of a pain. All in all, I'm fairly happy with how they are coming out.

I also have a sample pre-molded thrusting tip from Mandrake to try out for acceptability. Hey, if it can make the tip last more than a month or two, I'll be ectatic.
