It was a little disturbing driving downtown yesterday morning and seeing cops on every block from U St to H St by the White House and then the little bike cop convention by one of the entrances. Not a way to ease the nerves.... Probably related to the moron who tried to kick his way into the cockpit of a Miami-Argentina redeye. Props to the copilot for cracking him upside the head with the flat of an emergency ax.

Just a few more hours of work until we leave for Ymir. Should be a busy weekend....
