Yeah, it has been forever. Not a whole lot of interest going on.
I've been in a bit of a rut lately fighting-wise. Last night I had an epiphany about a long-term power problem I've been trying to resolve. It won't be a night and day solution, but not shifting my weight onto my heel will keep me mobile and keep my hips in my shot development. That and folks coming out of the woodwork to prep for Crown made for a good set of fights last night. Still a bit sore, so I'll be working my endurance training portion of practice (aka fencing Kenji) 8)
